The National Youth Service Corps has released deployment details for prospective corps members in the 2026 Batch B Stream II posted to Niger and Sokoto states, with affected individuals now able to print their call up letters.

The Corps announced the development on Sunday via its official X handle, confirming that the release follows an earlier extension of the orientation course commencement date for both states due to ongoing renovation works at their respective orientation camps by the state governments.

The announcement read: "2026 Batch B Stream II Deployment has been released for Niger and Sokoto States. PCMs posted to these states have been enabled to print their Call Up Letters."

The orientation course for prospective corps members posted to Niger and Sokoto is scheduled to commence on Wednesday, 12 August 2026. The cut off and swearing in ceremony is fixed for Friday, 14 August, while the closing ceremony will hold on Tuesday, 1 September 2026.

The Corps advised prospective corps members deployed to the two states to plan their journeys and avoid travelling at night.
