A cut off mark is the minimum score a candidate must obtain in JAMB UTME to be eligible for admission. Every year, JAMB sets a benchmark for all universities. Each institution then fixes its own cut off mark, which must not be lower than the JAMB standard.
This system helps universities select qualified candidates for admission. The management of Federal University Gusau has released the official cut off mark for the 2026/2027 academic session.
All candidates who wish to gain admission into any course at FUGUS must meet the required JAMB score and departmental cut off mark. If you fail to meet the minimum score, you will not be considered for admission.
